You have the right to return goods to us for a full refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to return goods outside of this 14 day period we have the right to refuse the return.
We advise that when returning items you use a recorded delivery service and ensure goods are well packaged as Inboard Diesels will not accept liability for the safe return of goods.
Return costs must be paid by you unless the goods have been supplied incorrectly or are faulty. Special order or customised goods are excluded from this policy and will not be eligible for return.
Any goods returned to us in a used or modified condition will be refused.

Any goods returned to Inboard Diesels due to incorrect order by the customer or any goods returned due to a change in decision to purchase will not be refunded. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as extreme weather conditions, the actions of third parties not employed by us or latent defects); this includes loss or damage to vessels, gear, equipment; customers should ensure that their own personal property insurance covers such risks.

We supply reconditioned marine engines and parts not just to the United Kingdom but to anywere in the world.

We offer a selection of couriers for your online order based upon your order value, weight, dimentions and location.

Collections can be made by arrangement.

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order” or “per “weight” basis and is based on the shipping option you select at checkout.

During checkout you can see an estimated time from the options provided for UK and Ireland.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most international locations, however additional costs for shipping will be applied by the courier company. International delivery times can vary. Additional import taxes can be charged by customs authorities in countries outside the UK. Inboard Diesels have no control over this charges.
